How can I return products?

You can return ordered products within 14 days after receipt of the goods. 

Please use the received parcel for the return shipment. The return form and the return label are enclosed with the parcel in the invoice envelope. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipment until you have received a confirmation of the return.

Please note that the goods may only be worn for the purpose of checking, comparable to that of trying articles on in a store. Returns, which feature obvious traces of use (e.g. wear and tear, dirt) can therefore not be resold, cannot be accepted by us and will be sent back again. 

After receipt as well as inspection of the goods the refund will be carried out through the originally chosen payment method. You will be informed hereof by email.

Please use the received parcel for the return shipment. The return form and the return label are enclosed with the parcel in the invoice envelope for orders from Germany and Austria. Please contact us by email, for a return from selected European countries. We will then send you a return label by email.
 

For European shipments, where the customer himself organizes the shipment, the return label is not included. In this case, the customer pays the cost of the return and can submit the return to a shipping partner of his choice.
