Which costs will be incurred with a return?

We will bear the costs of the return shipment within Germany and Austria for you.

If you would like to return an article you will find the return label as well as the return form in the parcel. For a fast processing of the return process please complete and also place the return form in the parcel.

Please note that the goods may only be worn for the purpose of checking, comparable to that of trying articles on in a store. Returns, which feature obvious traces of use (e.g. wear and tear, dirt) can therefore not be resold, cannot be accepted by us and will be sent back again.

After receipt as well as inspection of the goods the refund will be carried out through the originally chosen payment method. You will be informed hereof by email.

Which costs will be incurred with a return?

For European shipments, where the customer himself organizes the shipment, the return label is not included. In this case, the customer pays the cost of the return and can submit the return to a shipping partner of his choice.


If you would like to return an article you will find the return form and the return label in the parcel for orders from Germany and Austria. Please contact us by email, for a return from selected European countries. We will then send you a return label by email.
