Entry Terms and Conditions
This promotion is being organised and conducted by HÖGL SHOE FASHION GmbH, A-4775 Taufkirchen/Pram. The company will hereinafter be referred to as “HÖGL”.
Existing and new myhögl customers over the age of 18 may enter the raffle. Employees of HÖGL are excluded from entering. There is one chance or opportunity, to win. We will choose a winner randomly in person using a raffle box. The competition takes place at the Season Opening Event.
By participating in the competition, you agree to HÖGL's conditions of participation and privacy note.
Period of the action: Season Opening Party
Chances of winning
Three winners will be chosen from all participants. The winners will win:
1. HÖGL shoe of their choice and size
2. HÖGL scarf of their choice
3. HÖGL charm of their choice
HÖGL reserves the right to change the entry conditions at any time. Furthermore, HÖGL reserves the right to cancel or postpone the prize draw at any time without prior notice. This applies on all reasons that would significantly disrupt or prevent the scheduled prize draw procedure.
Selection of the winner will take place privately, under the exclusion of legal recourse. The winners will be selected at random by HÖGL in person on the day of the event using a raffle box. The winner must provide the following information: full name, home address, and contact information.
Announcement of the winner carries no guarantees. The prize cannot be substituted for cash or any other product. The prize can be picked up at the store where you entered the contest.
HÖGL is not responsible for damages caused by errors, communication delays or interruptions, disruption of technical equipment or services, incorrect content or loss or destruction of data unless they are caused by HÖGL intentionally or by gross negligence. HÖGL is released from all obligations once prizes have been dispatched. They are not liable for legal or material defects.
