This promotion is being organised and conducted by HÖGL SHOE FASHION GmbH, A-4775 Taufkirchen/Pram. The company will hereinafter be referred to as “HÖGL”.
Anyone over the age of 18 may enter. Employees of HÖGL are excluded from entering. There is one chance or opportunity, to win. We will choose a winner from all people who comment on our reel with the "Billy" bag with their favourite Easter tradition and a bunny emoji in the period from 25.03 - 31.03.2024. On Instagram, the chances of winning increase if the HÖGL post is also shared in your own story. The prize includes the HÖGL "Billy" bag in the colour of your choice.

Chances of winning
One winner will be chosen from all participants. The winner will win the HÖGL "Billy" bag in the colour of your choice.
HÖGL reserves the right to change the entry conditions at any time. Furthermore, HÖGL reserves the right to cancel or postpone the prize draw at any time without prior notice. This applies on all reasons that would significantly disrupt or prevent the scheduled prize draw procedure.
Selection of the winner will take place privately, under the exclusion of legal recourse. The winner will be contacted by HÖGL by 02.04.2024 at the latest via direct message (Instagram). The winner must respond by 05.04.2024 at the latest to receive the prize. The winner is required to give the following details: full name, home address and contact details.
Announcement of the winner carries no guarantees. The prize cannot be substituted for cash or any other product and will be sent by post.
HÖGL is not responsible for damages caused by errors, communication delays or interruptions, disruption of technical equipment or services, incorrect content or loss or destruction of data unless they are caused by HÖGL intentionally or by gross negligence. HÖGL is released from all obligations once prizes have been dispatched. They are not liable for legal or material defects.
