“Connected to tradition and committed to progress, we have been manufacturing shoes with Gore-Tex equipment for over 20 years.“
Function that one can feel, but not see.
For us, not only a modern, feminine design, but also the inner values of a shoe count. Gore-Tex technologies make our products more efficient and provide protection and comfort. Together with the Gore company, we are constantly expanding the range of intelligent shoes with functional added value. So far, two technologies make our models reliable companions in wind and weather: Gore-Tex and Gore-Tex Infinium.
Excellent waterproof protection
Our shoes with integrated Gore-Tex technology are permanently waterproof, maximally breathable and protect the foot from cold temperatures. The membranes are elastic, lightweight and extremely durable, guaranteeing maximum wearing comfort.
Since 2020, Gore-Tex Infinium has enriched our shoes with function and comfort. The technology is designed for drier conditions where waterproof protection is not required. It is used in feminine city models and serves to regulate the temperature when switching between indoor and outdoor.
Fairness and responsibility towards the environment is part of Gore's DNA. In addition to all applicable regulations on health, safety and environmental protection, the company sets its own standards to continuously improve their value chain.
Gore is committed to continuously reducing the ecological footprint of its products. The goal is to reduce the CO2 balance by 60% by 2030.
Cooperation with Gore is based on fairness and high ethical standards. Gore supports social projects around the world.
Gore guarantees a responsible and safe handling of chemicals - to protect the entire supply chain, the end consumer and the environment. By 2023, Gore Fabrics will eliminate all harmful PFCs from the manufacturing processes of its impregnations and membranes.
The longer a product is worn, the better for the environment. An extended lifespan is the most effective way to reduce the ecological footprint. For Gore and Högl, quality, longevity and performance form the basis for environmentally friendly products.
