How can I exchange products?

Unfortunately, for system-technical reasons, it is not possible to carry out an exchange. You are welcome to return ordered products within 14 days after receipt and place a new order via the webshop.

Please note that the goods may only be worn for the purpose of checking, comparable to that of trying articles on in a store. Returns, which feature obvious traces of use (e.g. wear and tear, dirt) can therefore not be resold, cannot be accepted by us and will be sent back again.

After receipt as well as inspection of the goods the refund will be carried out through the originally chosen payment method. You will be informed hereof by email.
