What means "Collection by Customer"?

Currently, we only ship products from our online shop to Austria (Post.at), Germany (DHL) and selected European countries. 

Collection by customer: 
According to the Geo Blocking law, which has been in force since December 2018, we offer customers from all over the EU the opportunity “collection by customer”.
 
 
Here you can place an order, which is not sent to one of the aforementioned countries.

Please enter the following data under the first step “Shipping” of the shopping cart:

 

Email Address, Name Prefix, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number: your data

Please select the desired payment method in the second step “Review & Payments”. Then deselect the field “My billing and shipping address are the same”.

 

You can than enter your EU address as the billing address and click on “Update”. Please complete the order by clicking on “Place Order”.

We will contact you afterwards via email, to arrange the pick up at the following address:

The pick up can be done by yourself or through a shipping service of your choice.

Please note that shipping via a third party must be organized and paid by yourself.
