If a product should feature a fault you can make a complaint about it under the following prerequisites through our customer service:
- The statutory warranty period of 2 years has not been exceeded
- The product was acquired via the webshop
For this purpose please send an email with the article number or designation of the product for which a complaint is made, a brief description of the fault, the invoice as well as a photo, on which the fault can be seen, to the customer service (
service@hoegl.com). We will examine the case and send you a prompt reply.
Products, which were acquired through a HÖGL store or specialist trade partner, must also be complained about through the store or the specialist trade partner.
Please note that we do not grant any price discount for faulty goods, but will take these back or repair these, insofar as the aforementioned conditions have been fulfilled.
