Order

How can I order?

If you would like to order an article the following steps must be carried out:

1. Select your requested product on the product detail page in the corresponding colour and size and place this in the shopping basket via the "Add to shopping cart" button.

2. Via the "Shopping cart" icon on the top right you will be forwarded to the shopping cart. Via the button "Go to checkout" you start the order process.

3. If you are not yet logged in you can now login. If you are not registered yet, you can conclude a registration and resort to the entered data here. The next order is therefore more convenient for you. Alternatively, you can carry out a guest order without a login.

4. In the next view you can choose the shipping address either from your stored addresses or enter a new address. You can also choose the shipping method here.

5. In this window you can also select an alternative shipping address. For this purpose click "Shipping and billing addres do not match." and subsequently select the requested shipping address or create a new address.

6. Afterwards, select a payment method.

We offer the following possibilities for payment in the webshop: Paypal, Credit card or Purchase on account (Klarna)

7. By the "Submit order" button you create an order. You will be forwarded to the payment page, on which you enter the data for the payment.

How can I revoke my contract?

If you wish to revoke your contract after receiving the goods, please fill out our cancellation form.

Returns

How can I return products?

You can return ordered products within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Please use the received parcel for the return shipment. The return form and the return label are enclosed with the parcel in the invoice envelope. If the return label is missing, please contact us: service@hoegl.com

Please keep the receipt as proof of shipment until you have received a confirmation of the return.

Please note that the goods may only be worn for the purpose of checking, comparable to that of trying articles on in a store. Returns, which feature obvious traces of use (e.g. wear and tear, dirt) can therefore not be resold, cannot be accepted by us and will be sent back again.

After receipt as well as inspection of the goods the refund will be carried out through the originally chosen payment method. You will be informed hereof by email.
