Returns
If you would like to return several orders together, please enclose all return forms with the parcel. Without the supporting documents the products cannot be allocated to your order.
Please note that the goods may only be worn for the purpose of checking, comparable to that of trying articles on in a store. Returns, which feature obvious traces of use (e.g. wear and tear, dirt) can therefore not be resold, cannot be accepted by us and will be sent back again.
After receipt as well as inspection of the goods the refund will be carried out through the originally chosen payment method. You will be informed hereof by email.
The return form and the return label are enclosed with the parcel in the invoice envelope. If the goods return form is missing in your parcel, please contact our customer service: service@hoegl.com

How do you choose the right size?
To determine the correct shoe size, you need to measure the length of your foot – from the very tip of your longest toe to the very back of your heel.
1. Draw a straight line on a sheet of paper and place your foot on it.
2. Shift your weight onto your foot—this is the position your foot assumes when walking or running.
3. Now mark the outermost points of the heel and the tip of the longest toe on the line.
4. Measure the distance between the marked points—this is your foot length, which can be used with the size chart to select the right shoe size.
Important: Feet can differ in length. Therefore, repeat the measurement for the other foot. In case of doubt, we recommend choosing the larger size to avoid friction. Shoes with pointed toes and shearling lining should also be ordered half a size larger.
