In order to delete your customer account, please write an email.

If you would like to login with an existing customer account you can do this after clicking on "Sign In" in the top right area of the page.

Registration data, email, password, newsletter registration as well as addresses can be managed here.

Under the menu option "My orders" you will find all information relating to your orders, including processing status and tracking number.

In the user zone you can change and delete existing addresses under "address book" as well as add new addresses.

In order to track the shipment of your ordered HÖGL products you will receive an email after shipment with the tracking number.

To arrange for a shipment to be sent to a DHL Packstation, please enter the Packstation details and your postal code in the shopping cart under the first step, “Shipping.”

Below is an overview of the shipping countries with the respective delivery times (with perfect conditions, no incorrect address, delivery delay). Depending on the place of residence in the shipping country, there may be 1-2 days delay. (Indication in working days)

A return of your order is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Shipping is only possible to Germany, Austria and selected European countries.

Your orders are served by DHL in Germany and by Post.at in Austria. International shipping.

Currently, we only ship products from our online shop to Austria, Germany and selected European countries.

If you wish to revoke your contract after receiving the goods, please fill out our cancellation form. 

If you do not want to register, you can also place an order without a login.

HÖGL guarantees comfortable feet all day long. But to do this, it is crucial to know your right shoe size. And we’d be happy to help. 

You can either register for the newsletter under "HÖGL Newsletter" at the end of the page or after login in the customer account under "Newsletter subscriptions".

If you do not want to receive a newsletter from us any more, you have several possibilities to de-register.
