My name is Romina Tasevska.
It is an honour and a pleasure to be part of Högl’s International Women’s Day campaign, celebrating women who lead with confidence, authenticity and purpose.
I am a television host, Miss Bulgaria 2010, professional model and mother of three. My journey has been shaped by discipline, resilience and the courage to evolve. From the fashion world to television and entrepreneurship, I’ve learned to balance ambition with authenticity. Becoming a mother deepened my perspective and strength. Today, I stand for modern femininity which I understand as confident, compassionate and unapologetically real.
Why is this shoe your personal favourite?
Because it reflects who I am, a woman of power, intelligence and dynamics. The colour is powerful yet elegant, and the shape is timeless. It’s a shoe that doesn’t try too hard, but it’s unforgettable just like confidence should be.
How would you style your favourite shoe in three different looks?
For the office, I’d pair it with a tailored suit in neutral tones, letting the shoes speak.
For the weekend, with straight blue jeans, white shirt and minimal accessories.
For an evening out, with a sleek dress and understated jewellery letting the colour do the magic.
All combinate with the same bag colour.
What does Högl personally mean to you, and what do you particularly appreciate about the brand?
Högl represents quality, craftsmanship and intelligent femininity. I value brands that respect women’s real lives style that includes comfort, elegance and longevity without compromise. Högl does that effortlessly.
How would you describe your personal style in three words — and why?
Elegant. Strong. Authentic.
Because style should empower you, support your life and never feel like a costume.
Which woman inspires you personally — in life, career, or style — and why?
My greatest inspiration is my mother because of her strength, life values and integrity. I’m also inspired by women like Princess Diana and icons such as Linda Evangelista. For me they are women who combined grace, courage and individuality.
Is there any advice you would give other women about fashion and self-confidence?
Wear what makes you feel powerful, not what others expect. Confidence starts the moment you stop apologising for who you are.
