You can always look nice, despite the cold
Stylist and personal shoppen Lidia Yurtich on how to look stylish when it is cold outside.
How to look stylish and fashionable when it’s cold outside? This is the question I get asked millions of times by my clients when we go shopping together. The secret is simple and the principle easy – stay true to yourself! The clothes should keep you warm and you should feel comfortable wearing them.
Over-sized items take up most of my wardrobe space – bulky sweaters, chunky knitted cardigans, wide pants, loose dresses and huge coats – these pieces represent my go-to basic choices that combine beautifully with each other. Just look at how stylish this hoodie looks with an over-sized coat! Plus when the temperature outside is below zero such bulky clothes keep you warm without making you look like a muffled cocoon. You rather look like a stylish and trendy person who knows how to rock it.
Shoes are generally a finishing touch for me – they round the whole look up. This is what happened this time. Well, almost. You simply can’t pass by these white wedge bootiesThey are so edgy and striking that they have been lingering on my mind the whole time I was planning this look.
You can go for a nice long stroll around your favorite city in this outfit. You don’t have to worry about your feet getting tired – Högl are well-known among shoe-lovers for their lightweight and outstandingly known for being comfortable and long-lasting. These FAIRY TALE are not an exclusion.
