Dress how you feel
Tatiana Mindewicz-Puacz is a woman on a mission. She’s a social campaign expert, as well as a motivational speaker and business trainer. Her experience as a psychotherapist helps her put herself in other people's shoes. In order to share her thoughts and opinions, she has also written several books.
I’m all about bringing out the best from people and accompanying them in achieving their goals and ambitions. Another great passion of mine is coming up with and setting up social projects. For years, I’ve been trying to share my passion with others. In my opinion, before we learn how to get along with other people, we first have to learn how to get along with our-selves.
“In my opinion, before we learn how to get along with other people, we first have to learn how to get along with our-selves.”
Accepting ourselves - just as we are - is one of the most challenging tasks we each need to face. Our self-esteem is not something we are given; it is constantly built through the power of experiences. It is the ability to make ourselves stronger in the face of difficulties. I put a lot of effort into both teaching this to myself and sharing this with others.
As a 48-year-old woman, I’m feeling better now than I ever have before. And just because I’m fully aware of my flaws, that doesn’t mean I can’t see my personal qualities, too - and be per-fectly happy with what I have and what I’m good at. Indeed, I’m giving myself the right to be exactly who I am - the right to develop my passions, without the fear that this means I don’t care or that I should be caring more about others. Thanks to my work, I try to support women in prioritising their own personal development and, above all, encouraging them to see their own strengths for themselves. I wrote my first book “Luz. I tak nie będę idealna” with the aim of showing just how important building self-esteem is. I’m aware that even the strongest and wisest of women find it hard to believe in themselves sometimes.
My sense of humour and of not taking things to seriously enable me to enjoy life as it is. I travel a lot, meaning I constantly meet new people, who provide an infinite source of inspira-tion for me. I don’t have a great deal of material expectations from the life I’m living. Howev-er, anyone who knows me well knows my weaknesses… fast cars and beautiful and com-fortable shoes.

A few years back, visiting a shoe store was a stressful experience. When asking for my size (European 42), I’d often be hit with the surprised response: “Really? For women?”. Fortunate-ly, a lot has changed since those days. Högl’s shoes let me play with style according to how I’m feeling. Regardless of who I want to be, from an elegant woman at an evening party to a ready-for-action businesswoman. I can be sure that Högl shoes will always match my mood and current image.
