Högl POSITANO heels

Italian flair for your feet

Högl has wasted no time giving these shoes a colourful, Mediterranean Amalfi pattern. Vivalamoda loves these gorgeous eye-catchers!

We’re all getting that summer feeling at last! All I can think about is holidays, travelling and long, balmy summer evenings - preferably outside a relaxed restaurant in Schwabing, eating fresh pasta in the open air and enjoying the sunset. You can almost smell the arrival of summer in the city. All of Munich is in bloom, and every hour of sunshine is raising people’s spirits.

I just love being able to show off my legs again at last: I think nothing looks better than the combination of a summer tan and a white dress, at any age.

For this look, I’m wearing these beautiful, colourful POSITANO heels by Högl!

Vivalamoda loves white dresses, and likes using colourful details to add highlights.

These heels and the scarf have a bright pattern, inspired by the southern Italian coast.
Of course, they are called POSITANO for a good reason. Positano is a cliffside town on the Amalfi coast in southern Italy, and this shoe’s colour scheme reminds me of my first glimpse of this picturesque place. It’s truly a dream destination for many sun-worshippers. As a child I used to go to Lake Garda every year as we lived so close to Italy, and I love its elegance and architecture. The language and the food have always appealed to me and now, in my twenties, I’ve finally had the opportunity to see Rome, Venice and Tuscany too.

Whenever I think of Italy, this Amalfi pattern comes to mind. These heels make me want to treat myself to a plate of burrata in the café around the corner.

These slingbacks have just a low kitten heel, making them super-comfortable for wearing all day long. For me, they’re perfect for a lunchtime meeting or for going out to a bar in the evening. I feel the same about shoes as I do about bags: they just have to be eye-catching! This is certainly true of these heels with their Amalfi print.

These Högl POSITANO sling-back heels exude Mediterranean charm. Their colourful Amalfi pattern shimmers on the silky material, offering a taste of long summer days.

I must have around twenty different white dresses. They’re all in various lengths, different materials and a range of styles, and yet these shoes go perfectly with each and every one. They can also be teamed with jeans for a fabulous, casual look, or with blue, green, black or grey dresses. I can also see them looking great with a pale denim skirt or white jeans.

This square scarf is made from exclusive Amalfi silk material. It’s wonderfully versatile and will add some Italian magic to any simple look.

I've also combined this matching scarf from Högl with my outfit. It has the same pattern and is perfect as a light wrap, as a headscarf, or simply tied around the handle of my favourite bag.

Summer is my favourite season, and I'm absolutely ready for some lovely warm weather: aren’t you?

All the best in the sun, Vivalamoda
