Women’s slip-ons with a cosy look
Opulence with faux fur and inspired colour
From ochre to yellow, right through to sunflower, Kristin Hesse likes to combine these opulent women’s slip-ons with bold autumnal tones.
Fur on shoes?
Yes, but only if it is faux fur and if it looks as wonderfully casual as it does on these Högl slip-ons. These days, there are so many high-quality faux fur options that there is sure to be something to suit everyone.
What do you wear with faux fur slip-ons?
When it comes to fashion, we have already been looking towards autumn for a few weeks now and have spotted some luscious colour combinations. Personally, I have been a fan of the colour yellow for some time, including all its associated shades, from ochre to mustard, right through to sunflower. It really comes into its own when combined with other autumnal colours like plum, navy, fir green or dusky rose, and it brings a touch of sunshine to your autumn wardrobe.

That’s why these wide-cut satin trousers go so well with these faux fur slip-ons by Högl, featured in one of the on-trend colours for autumn: dark plum. Admittedly, the faux fur decoration is a little extravagant, but it makes these patent leather slip-ons absolute must-haves for the approaching autumn season.
What is the ideal occasion for wearing them?
I took these elegant slip-ons with me to beautiful Tuscany. When I’m there, I love to relax and spoil myself with good food, in the area around the Terme di Saturnia, for example. Sometimes this means I’ll be wearing my shoes for the whole day, so it’s important that they are comfortable, but also smart enough for the evening – like these slip-ons by Högl.
Above all, the colour schemes and the light in Tuscany fascinate me and always inspire me to create new photo shoots. It’s particularly impressive in the “golden” autumn when the landscape changes to red and earthy tones. I’ll definitely be taking these deep purple Högl slip-ons with me on a trip or two to Tuscany in the future!
