Making Of

Each season we are faced with the exciting challenge of unveiling the new shoe models and shooting them in intriguing surroundings.
In our autumn/winter 2016 collection, we are presenting the latest shoe trends coupled with traditional craftsmanship against one of the most spectacular backdrops that Austria has to offer - the unique Swarovski Crystal Worlds. Curtain up for "Austria to go".

The charming Austrian character is reflected not only in the design, but also in the extraordinary Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens, whose unique installations offered plenty of space and opportunities for a creative shoot - the perfect stage for the new HÖGL collection. The park designed by Austrian artist André Heller in the 1990s provides a noticeably inspiring location. Fashion photographer Andreas Ortner was not just impressed by the imaginative atmosphere, but he was also inspired by the new HÖGL collection: "HÖGL stands for quality, tradition and cutting-edge fashion. And that is exactly what I try to capture in my photography. As you can see from the latest campaign, HÖGL exhibits a contemporary, international look and embodies a lifestyle that can be worn", the Innsbruck native said.

Family-owned companies HÖGL and Swarovski have been working together successfully for over a decade and this season both partners are putting their best foot forward with the joint campaign photo shoot.
